Search Terms
When a name, location, or record detail is entered into a search box supplied by a third-party provider, that query is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Nye County Inmate Population does not keep its own local log of those search terms. The provider's privacy policy and terms control what happens after the query leaves this site.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and reply information may be kept long enough to answer, handle follow-up, and maintain basic business records. Those messages are not shared outside the organization except when needed to respond, protect the site, or comply with a valid legal requirement.

Advertising partners may use their own cookies or tags to measure activity and show interest-based ads. That processing happens on their systems and is controlled by their policies, not by Nye County Inmate Population.
